I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, and the addition of a balcony made it even better. I loved spending time at the great pool, bar, and enjoying delicious food. However, the initial lack of a safe was a bit concerning, although it was promptly resolved the next day upon our request.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were a nice upgrade from what I reserved, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice and attentive staff who helped me with all my requests, especially Yamily and Kevin. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the beach and not too far from the main areas. The rooms were really clean and comfy, but they could use a bit more decoration to match the rest of the hotel.
